Is a  Fair Trial Justice?

Justice is a concept involving the fair, moral, and impartial treatment of all persons.

A jury is intended to be an impartial  panel capable of reaching a verdict.

A fair trial is a legal and ethical concept  that's used to describe the procedural rules  of a court.

The chief purpose of a trial is to secure  fair and impartial administration of justice  between the parties to the action.
