The Law Against Free Market

The Law Against Free Market

Tesla has won lawsuits in several states giving it the right to sell its cars directly to customers.

But Virginia recently slapped down Tesla’s attempt to sell its electric Model S directly to customers.

Automobile dealers associations have been trying  to prevent Tesla Motors from opening its own
dealerships.

enforce state franchise laws that in many cases  make it a criminal offense for an auto manufacturer  to sell a new car to anyone but a state-licensed  car dealer.

The modern "global middle class” knows that the only way to save its status is being the “new part” of the “new big government”, an ineffective, unresponsive  and corrupt "system".
